Detroit ,MI : Woman killed in car crash on M-94 Tuesday ,July 21st 2015

One person is dead after a car crash at the intersection of M-94 and 67.

Michigan State Police say a vehicle westbound on M-94 continued after a stop sign and was hit directly on the driver’s side door by a northbound vehicle that could not avoid hitting it.

Police have identified the deceased as Peggy Sue Larsen, 50, of Skandia. The driver of the other vehicle and the passenger were not injured.

An electric pole was irreparably damaged in the crash and has been replaced.
