KALISPELL, MT : Two women were killed in a head-on crash near Glacier Park on Sunday, September 10, 2017

Two women were killed in a head-on crash near Glacier Park International Airport northeast of Kalispell.

Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry tells the Flathead Beacon that a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Holly Richards of Bozeman crossed the center line on U.S. Highway 2 at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday and hit a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Linda Contreras of Riverside, California. Both women died at the scene.

The Montana Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
