DUVAL COUNTY, FL : 23-year-old pedestrian killed on westbound J. Turner Boulevard ramp to Belfort Road on Sunday, 14th April 2024

A 23-year-old man died Sunday morning, shortly after midnight, after being struck by a car on the ramp from westbound J. Turner Butler Boulevard to Belfort Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers said a 24-year-old woman driving a sedan was traveling on the off-ramp. Meanwhile, the 23-year-old pedestrian was walking on the ramp.
