Elderly Man Dies in Motorcycle Accident in El Dorado

An elderly man has died after being struck in a motorcycle accident Friday in El Dorado.83-year-old Robert Owens was pulling out of his driveway when his motorcycle was hit by a pickup truck.According to preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, the accident happened shortly after 4:30 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 82.
Owens was pronounced dead at the scene by the Union County Coroner.The investigation is continuing.
