Cadiz, OH : Pa. man dies in area crash on U.S. Route 22 and Upper Clearfork Road on Thursday, August 28, 2014

One person was killed and another was transported to the hospital following an accident at the intersection of U.S. Route 22 and Upper Clearfork Road around 2:10 p.m. Thursday, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.
