JACKSON, MS : MHP trooper indicted in crash that killed MSU track athlete Kaelin Kersh on Thursday, 31st January 2019

The state trooper who was driving the SUV that crashed into another vehicle, killing a Mississippi State University track athlete, has been indicted.Kyle Lee was arrested Thursday for the May 2017 incident.
Prosecutors say Lee was driving at speeds up to 99 miles per hour
The crash happened at Highway 182 and Old Mayhew Road, where the speed limit is 45 miles per hour.
Kaelin Kersh was a passenger in the Toyota Corolla that was hit by Lee’s SUV.
