GREENVILLE, SC : 11-year-old dies following vehicle crash on Sunday, 16th July 2023

The Greenville County Coroner’s Office said a child died following a vehicle crash on Sunday night.
According to the coroner, the incident happened on Cedar Lane Road around 10:44 p.m.
South Carolina Highway Patrol said a Chevrolet SUV was traveling south, and a Honda sedan was traveling north on Cedar Lane Road. Troopers said the Honda attempted to make a left turn onto Clark Drive when it was hit by the Chevrolet.
An 11-year-old was in the backseat of the Honda and taken to the hospital for his injuries, but later passed away. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office identified him as Bertino Baltazar-Martin from Greenville.
