LISBON, OH : Drivers injured in two Lisbon crashes on Route 196 on Wednesday, 1st August 2018

Two drivers were taken to a Lewiston hospital after a head-on collision on Route 196 Wednesday morning.

Lisbon police officer Jeff Picard said a 2007 Toyota RAV4 driven by 23-year-old Abigail Krolak, with a last known address in Brunswick, was headed east on Route 196. It crossed the centerline into the path of a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Thomas Twist Jr., 41, of Waldoboro.

Both drivers were alone and were taken to Central Maine Medical Center with injuries that didn’t appear life-threatening, Picard said.
