Orlando, FL : No one was injured in the crash, which blocked two lanes of westbound State Road 50 on early Thursday morning October 9th 2014

All lanes of westbound State Road 50 in Orange County are back open after a deputy-involved crash. The accident happened just after 5 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Fairvilla Road. Orlando police said the deputy had the green light when another vehicle went through a red light and hit the deputy. No one was injured in the crash, which blocked two lanes of SR-50 for more than two hours. The driver will be cited for failing to obey a traffic device.
