Muldrow, OK : 2 killed in separate crashes in Oklahoma Saturday, February 11, 2017
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says two people have died in separate crashes in the state, including a juvenile killed in an all-terrain vehicle accident near Muldrow.
The OHP says the juvenile boy from Sallisaw, whose name and age weren’t released, and 84-year-old Otto Vaughan of Stilwell were killed Saturday. The OHP initially reported Vaughan’s first name as Audie and his age as 75.
A police report says the boy was a passenger in the ATV when it went off a trail about one mile east of Muldrow and overturned into a ravine. The report says three other juveniles in the ATV were not injured.
Another report says Vaughan died when the vehicle he was driving west on an Adair County road near Stilwell collided with another vehicle.
