Pueblo,CO : A serious auto accident left a man in critical condition on July, Thursday 27th 2017

A serious auto accident left a man in critical condition and forced the closure of a section of Pueblo Boulevard at Red Creek Springs Road Thursday afternoon.

According to Sgt. Howard Jackson of the Pueblo Police Department, a Kia Sorento being driven by a man in his late 20s was traveling north on Pueblo Boulevard at an extremely high rate of speed, ran a red light and struck a Ford pickup truck, which spun and collided head-on with another vehicle.

The wreck happened about 3:45 p.m.
