Lewis County ,WA : One dead after Lewis County highway head on collision on Thursday ,July 23rd 2015

At approximately 7:15 a.m. on Thursday morning, multiple emergency agencies were called to a two vehicle head on collision on State Highway Y near the Deer Ridge Conservation Area.

Three people occupied a Toyota truck, an adult and two small children, and all three were transported by emergency vehicle to local hospitals.

The driver and only occupant of a Mercury Minivan, Stacey A. Fletcher, 29, of LaBelle, Missouri, was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Larry Arnold.

After a preliminary investigation, it appears Fletcher crossed the center line on a curve and struck the other vehicle head on.

An autopsy is pending at this time.
