A Huntersville police officer was one of two people taken to the hospital following a crash in uptown Charlotte Monday morning.
The crash happened before 4:15 a.m. at the intersection of N Davidson Street at E 11th Street. Police say a Huntersville Police vehicle and another car collided.
Medic says they took two people to the hospital with minor injuries.
Details surrounding what may have caused the crash were not provided.
