WEST PALM BEACH, FL : One crash in the southbound lanes of the Turnpike on Friday, 28th February, 2020

Crashes on Friday morning blocked all lanes of Florida’s Turnpike between Southern Boulevard and Lake Worth Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

One crash happened shortly before 6:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the Turnpike, authorities said. A second happened at about 6:45 a.m.

Authorities said a tractor-trailer and dump truck crashed in the northbound lanes and another tractor-trailer rolled over in the southbound lanes.

It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured in the wrecks.
