INDIANAPOLIS, IN : 59-year-old man struck, killed by vehicle in east Indianapolis crash on Wednesday, 28th February 2024

IMPD is investigating after a pedestrian was killed in a crash on the east side of Indianapolis Wednesday night.

An IMPD spokesperson said a vehicle struck a man in the 2000 block of North Sherman Drive, near East 21st Street, around 9:30 p.m. Feb. 28. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

On Feb. 29, the Marion County Coroner's Office identified the man as 59-year-old Darryl Maury Suggs.
