Ogden, UT : Man killed, woman and child injured in Farr West car crash on Saturday September 17 2016

A man died and a woman and child were injured Saturday after a car crash in Farr West.

The crash occurred near 4000 North and 2000 West in Farr West around 4:21 p.m., according to the Weber County Sheriff’s Office.

The man, who has been identified as Roberto Jimenez of West Jordan, was driving a GMC Envoy when he attempted to make a left turn onto 2000 West from 4000 North. Jimenez pulled out in front of a Ford SuperDuty truck pulling a camping trailer. The truck hit the Envoy near the driver’s side door.

Jimenez, 33, was airlifted to a local hospital where he later died.
