Windermere, FL : Jennifer Garcia, 28, arrested for DUI after near head-on crash in Windermere on Saturday, January 3, 2015

A woman is out of jail after a Windermere police officer says she nearly caused a head-on collision in Orange County.

It happened around 10 p.m. Saturday.

The officer said he was on patrol in the area of Conroy Windermere Road and Isleworth Country Club Drive when 28-year-old Jennifer Garcia crossed the double yellow line and nearly hit oncoming traffic. She then rear-ended another vehicle.

The officer administered several field sobriety tests and arrested Garcia.

She was charged with driving under the influence, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.
