Milwaukee, WI : Teen seriously injured in Fox Point crash on Saturday night, December 19, 2015

A teenager was seriously injured Saturday night in a crash on N. Lake Drive in Fox Point.

Fox Point police officers and North Shore Fire/Rescue responded to the 6800 block of N. Lake Drive at about 10:45 p.m. Saturday for a report of a crash and found a vehicle had left the road and hit a tree.

The 17-year-old boy driving the vehicle was taken by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital. The condition of the boy, who was alone in the vehicle, is unknown at this time.

Witness accounts indicate speed may have been a factor in the crash, which is being investigated by the Fox Point Police Department with help from the Wisconsin State Patrol.
