A young father of two was killed this week in a car accident on Route 6 in Sandwich. According to Massachusetts State Police reports, 32-year-old Lawrence Barros of Centerville died Tuesday as the result of a two-car crash in the area of Exit 4. Information gathered at the scene indicates that 45-year-old Michael Dalto of East Bridgewater was traveling east on Route 6 when his 2002 Ford F350 crossed over the median, striking a 2005 Honda Accord driven by Barros. Barros was pronounced dead at the scene, while Dalto was transported to Cape Cod Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Source: Fatal crash in Sandwich
