TARRANT, AL : 40-year-old man killed in Walker County crash on Wednesday, 7th June 2023

Two people have been hospitalized following a dog attack in Tarrant.

According to Tarrant Chief of Police Wendell Major, two people were bitten Tuesday morning at the Billy Hewitt Park on the 2400 block of Pinson Valley Parkway.

Tarrant police said a man who walked the park every morning was attacked by two dogs. When a woman tried to help him, the dogs turned around and attacked her. Both of them were rushed to the hospital, and the man is in critical condition.
