WOODS CROSS, UT : A fatal crash in Woods Cross on Friday, September 1, 2017
Emergency officials responded to a fatal crash in Woods Cross Friday morning.
A 69-year-old woman died in the crash, and another person involved was injured, KSL reported. The condition of the injured person, who was transported to a local hospital, was not immediately available.
The crash happened at 2600 South and Wildcat Way in Woods Cross, Bountiful Emergency Dispatch confirmed. The number of vehicles involved is unknown at this time.
Though details about how the crash happened were unavailable as of about noon, KSL reported the woman who died was one of the vehicle’s passengers and the injured person was that vehicle’s driver.
Traffic was snarled from the crash for a few hours, but South Davis Metro Fire tweeted the 2600 South and Wildcat Way had been cleared at about 11:50 a.m.
