NORTH LIBERTY, IA : Charges pending in North Liberty alleged hit-and-run on Friday, 15th November 2024

Iowa State Patrol says charges are pending- after an alleged hit and run in Johnson County Friday.

It happened on Liberty Way in North Liberty, around 9 p.m. in front of Tin Roost.

Iowa State Patrol says 21 year-old Carson Boyle was crossing W. Penn Street, when he was hit by a Jeep driven by 25 year-old Taigan Hughes.

Hughes allegedly fled the scene after the collision, and was located later in the evening.

Boyle is hospitalized at UIH

C, with life-threatening injuries.
