Marc D. Crawley, 46, reportedly had a blood alcohol content between 0.20 and 0.21 at the time of the Mar. 26, 2016 collision (well above the legal limit of 0.08), a criminalist with the Solano County District Attorney’s Office’s Crime Lab revealed during her testimony Tuesday. Crawley is now facing two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury, as well as one charge of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
Breanna McKneely, 18, of San Pablo, was killed and three other individuals, including Crawley, were injured, when he drove his Ford Mustang into McKneely while she was repairing her car with her sister and a “Good Samaritan” on eastbound Interstate 80 near the Cordelia Weigh Station around 8 p.m.

The victim was forced to pull her Ford Mustang over to the side of the road with her sister due to a flat tire, according to court discussions. The Good Samaritan, Dujuan Pines, 34, of Fairfield, was allegedly helping McKneely jump start her car at the time of the impact. Pines recalled becoming airborne and saw McKneely about 40 to 50 feet in front of her car and another vehicle ahead in the center divide.
