A West Palm Beach man has been identified as the motorcyclist killed in a crash in Palm Beach Gardens Wednesday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Christian Anthony Scott, 36, was riding westbound a 2008 Suzuki along Beeline Highway as a tractor trailer, driven by 58-year-old Jorge Sanchez Hernandez, was stopped at a red light. Investigators said Scott “failed to stop and struck” the back of the tractor trailer.
The investigation remains open.
Original Story: One person is dead after a tractor-trailer and motorcycle crashed this morning, the Florida Highway Patrol confirmed.
The wreck happened shortly before 6 a.m. on the Beeline Highway at Northlake Boulevard, just east of Grassy Waters Preserve.
The crash closed multiple lanes on the Beeline Highway early Wednesday.
