OKALOOSA COUNTY, FL : FHP One killed in interstate crash on Friday, 1st March 2024

Florida Highway Patrol troopers said one person is dead after a single-car crash in Okaloosa County Friday.

Troopers said around 8:40 p.m., an SUV was heading eastbound on Interstate 10 approaching the 61 mile marker. They said the car merged off of the road and crashed into the tree line on the south shoulder of road.

Troopers said the driver was pronounced dead on scene.
