BERRYVILLE, VA : Fatal crash victim identified on Monday, 12th November 2018

Virginia State Police have identified the victim in a fatal crash that occurred morning in Clarke County as Joseph L. Kittiver, 24, of Round Hill in Loudoun County.

Kittiver died at the scene, state police said.
