LOS ANGELES, CA : Southern California man killed in DUI crash on Saturday, February 4th 2017

Authorities say a Southern California woman lost her husband in a crash caused by a drunk driver.
The Los Angeles Times reports (http://lat.ms/2kNVYNx ) that the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department says a 56-year-old man was intoxicated when he ran a stop sign at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday and broadsided the car carrying the Adelanto family.
Authorities say 35-year-old Angel Barranco was killed and that his wife, 23-year-old Barbara Velasco, and her mother, 42-year-old Monica Alarcon, suffered major injuries but survived.
Velasco was seven months' pregnant.
Authorities say the intoxicated driver already has two DUI convictions. He was charged Tuesday with one count of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and four other drunken driving counts.
Officials say the district attorney's office is reviewing whether the man can be charged with murder.
