SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SC : 3 dead, 1 injured following single-car crash near Chesnee on Friday, 29th September 2023

South Carolina Highway Patrol announced that troopers are investigating following a crash that left three people dead and one injured on Friday afternoon.
Troopers said the crash happened along Fairfield Road near Henderson Road at around 3:38 p.m.
According to troopers, the driver was traveling along Fairfield Road when they went off the left side of the road and hit a ditch before hitting several trees.
The driver was taken to the hospital with injuries following the crash. However, the three other passengers inside the vehicle passed away at the scene.
