Buffalo, N.Y : Driver hospitalized after one-car crash in Evans Friday morning, March 10, 2017

A driver was injured in a a one-car crash in Evans Friday morning.

The crash was reported at about 2:15 a.m. on Commercial Street between Route 5 and Angola Village line, Evans police said. The driver was extricated from the vehicle by Angola firefighters, treated by AMR ambulance and transported via Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center, police said.

Police said the did not release any further details about the driver or the circumstances of the crash.
