Virginia Beach, VA : 2 killed, 4 injured in crash in Virginia Beach on Friday, 15th February 2019

Just before 1 a.m. Friday, two people were killed and four others were injured in a crash at the intersection of Military Highway and Indian River Road, according to police.

The crash involved multiple vehicles and the two people who died were in the same vehicle and were ejected, police said in a news release.

The four people who were injured were taken by ambulance to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to police.

The intersection reopened just before 6 a.m. after being shut down for multiple hours as police investigated the crash.
