Waco, TX : McLennan County Motorcyclist dead after fatal crash on Franklin Avenue Waco on Saturday, 19th August 2023

The Waco Police Department have confirmed one person is dead following a fatal motorcycle crash on Saturday morning.

Highway 84 has reopened.

Around 11:06 a.m., officers responded to the scene of the crash in the 5700 block of Franklin Avenue.

Once on the scene, authorities said they learned that the motorcyclist was weaving in and out of traffic before losing control and striking a guardrail.

Authorities said the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other vehicles were involved.
