HANNIBAL, NY : 55-year-old killed in vehicle crash on Thursday, 27th December 2018

State police in upstate New York say a man was killed when his vehicle collided head-on with a tractor-trailer.Troopers say 55-year-old Lyle Wilcox, of Fulton, was driving in Hannibal in Oswego County Thursday afternoon when his car crossed the center line and crashed into a truck traveling the other direction.
