O'FALLON, MO : 2 Kids, 1 adult taken to hospital after school bus crash in O'Fallon, Missouri on Wednesday, 15th August 2018

Two students and one adult were taken to the hospital after a school bus crashed near O'Fallon, Missouri Wednesday morning.

The crash occurred on Hickory Hill Drive near Genteman Road around 7 a.m. According to officials, the bus veered off the road, hit a tree and came to a rest in a ditch.

When EMS crews arrived on the scene, all the kids had escaped from the bus except for one. Crews then had to pull out the student that was trapped.

O'Fallon fire officials told News 4 about 30 kids were on the bus at the time of the crash. Two kids and one adult, the bus driver, were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Three other students were injured and evaluated at the scene of the accident.
