MADISON, WI : At least 7 vehicles involved in crash on Beltline on February, Tuesday 6th 2018

At least 7 vehicles were involved in crashes on the Beltline Tuesday morning.

A state Department of Transportation alert said there were numerous crashes on the eastbound Beltline at Verona Road starting at 8:50 a.m.

A stretch of the eastbound Beltline was closed for about 2 hours as first responders worked to help the people involved and clear the roadway.

All lanes were reopened at about 10:20 a.m., Madison police said.
