TULSA, OK : Motorcyclist died after crash near 46th St. N. and Mingo on Tuesday, 7th November 2023

A motorcyclist is dead after a crash near 46th Street North and Mingo on Nov. 7.

Joshua Newson, 30, was headed east on East 46th Street North when a pickup driver headed west started to make a left turn onto Mingo, according to the Tulsa Police Department.

The pickup driver allegedly told officers he didn't see the motorcycle. Newson hit the front right corner of the pickup, going onto the windshield and over the cab into the bed of the truck.

EMSA and the Tulsa Fire Department responded and pronounced the motorcyclist dead just before 4 p.m.
