Topeka,KS : Man identified in train-pedestrian collision on February, Saturday 10th 2018

A Pittsburg man has been identified as the deceased in a train versus pedestrian collision that occurred Saturday. Jerwin Billy, 21, of Pittsburg was discovered by Pittsburg Police Department officers Saturday, when they responded to reports of a train colliding with a pedestrian near Rouse Avenue.
