Forney, TX : Six people injured major two-vehicle crash on Broad Street in Forney on Monday February 15 2016
Six people were injured following a major two-vehicle crash on Broad Street in Forney on Monday afternoon.
The crash was reported at 12:30 p.m. on East Broad Street at South Chestnut Street.
Four CareFlite ground ambulances and a CareFlite medical helicopter were requested to respond to the crash. Five people were transported by ground ambulance and one person was flown to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, by helicopter.
None of the injures appear to be life-threatening, according to Forney Fire Department Captain Phillip Pyle.
The two vehicles sustained moderate damage after what appeared to be a t-bone collision at the intersection of East Broad Street and South Chestnut Street.
