PADUCAH, KY : At Least One Injured After Two Semi-Trucks Crash on I-24, Closes Down Roadway on Sunday, 15th September 2024

Authorities are investigating a crash between two semi-trucks which closed down a section of I-24 for several hours. The roadway is expected to reopen in the mid-afternoon.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said the crash happened at 5:17 a.m. in the 8 mile marker on I-24 at Paducah, which resulted in at least one injury.

Authorities said on Saturday morning, the eastbound lanes of I-24, between exit 7 and exit 24, were shut down for an undetermined amount of time as they work the investigation and clean up.
