Northampton, MA : Two hurt in three-car Hadley accident on Thursday September 15 2016

Two women were injured in a three-car accident Thursday near Mi Tierra Restaurant on Route 9, police said.
The crash occurred about 9:15 p.m. when an eastbound car stopped to turn left into the restaurant’s parking lot. According to police, the car behind it slowed and a third car hit the second’s rear, causing the pileup, police said.
One woman, complaining of back pain, was transported to Cooley Dickinson Hospital. The other injured woman suffered minor injuries, according to police.
The four-lane road was restricted to two lanes as authorities responded. One car was towed away from scene.
