KC police involved in traffic accident

A Kansas City police officer and a recruit were injured in a traffic accident just before 10 p.m. Friday at 35th Street and Euclid Avenue.Four people were reported injured in the accident involving a police car and a truck. The injuries were not considered life-threatening. Details of the accident were not immediately available.
