Poulsbo, WA : Four people injured in a Multi-car collision on Highway 305 near Johnson Road on Saturday afternoon, December 5, 2015

A five-vehicle collision Saturday afternoon blocked Highway 305 near Johnson Road for an hour.

The collision involved a box truck and SUV and three cars, according to Poulsbo Fire Department. Crews were dispatched at 4:15 p.m.

The driver of the truck was taken to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton for treatment of serious injuries. The driver of a Honda SUV was also taken to Harrison Bremerton with minor injuries. Two other drivers were treated at the scene for minor injuries. An abandoned car on the side of the highway was also damaged.

Washington State Patrol is investigating.
