TUSCOLA COUNTY, MI : 38-year-old accused of drunken driving after crash in Tuscola County on Sunday, 28th April 2024

A 38-year-old man was accused of drunken driving after a rollover off-road vehicle crash left a woman seriously injured over the weekend.

The Tuscola County Sheriff's Office says the side-by-side vehicle was driving on Lee Hill Road south of M-46 around 2:15 a.m. Saturday when it overturned. Investigators noted that the scene was near a bar.

A 29-year-old woman, who was riding as a passenger, was rushed to an area hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries. The 38-year-old driver reported minor injuries.
