BARTOW, FL : 2 die in central Florida traffic crash on Saturday, November 26th 2016

Two people are dead following a crash in central Florida.

Bartow police said in a news release that a car seeking to make a right turn was hit by a passenger van on Saturday morning.

Police say two people in the car died. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with injuries that aren't considered life-threatening.

The names of the victims haven't been released. Authorities say alcohol isn't believed to have been a factor.

An investigation continues.
