Four people were hospitalized Saturday night after a single-vehicle crash east of Roswell. According to the Plains-Valley Online News, the crash happened just after 10 p.m. on River Road. One person had to be extracted from the vehicle by rescuers and firefighters. He was taken to the Eastern New Mexico Medical Center along with three other occupants. The victim's identities have not been released at this time. Their conditions are also unknown. Roswell Fire Department Lt. Matt Stewart says alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the crash.
