LEBANON, CT : Fatal crash causes part of Route 87 in Lebanon to close on Wednesday, 27th February 2019

Officials responded to a fatal motor vehicle accident on Route 87 in Lebanon early Wednesday morning.

The Department of Transportation reports that Route 87 is closed between Goshen Hill Road and Waterman Road. This area is also known as the Trumbull Highway. The accident was reported about 2 A.M.The single car accident is reported to have involved some sort of entrapment.

The Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department advises drivers that the area will be closed for several hours.
