Reading, PA : Coroner called to scene of crash involving tractor-trailer on I-78 on Sunday, 20th May 2018

Berks County coroner's office personnel were called Sunday to the scene of an accident involving an SUV and tractor-trailer on Interstate 78 eastbound in Greenwich Township, authorities said.

Initial reports from the scene said that one person was trapped in the SUV.

There also was fire reported at the crash scene.

The accident occurred about 6:30 p.m. near the Krumsville exit. Investigators were still on scene at 11:15 p.m.
