MURRAY, KY : 39-Year-Old Dead After Motorcycle vs Car Crash on Sunday, 21st July 2024

One person is dead after a motorcycle vs vehicle crash on Sunday in Calloway County.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office said authorities were contacted after a 911 call to respond to State Route 121 North near the area of Potts Road for a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle.

James P. Davis, 39 of Murray, was reportedly going east on a motorcycle on Highway 121N when authorities said they believe he crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a Ford Escort.

The sheriff's office said Davis was taken to the Murray-Calloway County Emergency Room where he died from his injuries.
