MARION, IL : A 37-year-old Paducah woman was killed in a crash on May, Wednesday, 10th 2017

A 37-year-old Paducah woman was killed Wednesday night when the vehicle she was traveling in was struck by another vehicle traveling west on Illinois 13 in Marion.

The woman's name has not been released. A juvenile in her car was airlifted to a hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

According to a news release from the Williamson County Coroner Michael "Junior" Burke, the woman was traveling south on Redco Drive when her vehicle was struck by the westbound vehicle. No details were released on the other driver.

The incident is being investigated by the Williamson County Coroner, the Marion Police Department and the Williamson County Sheriff's Department.
