Little Rock, AR : Little Rock man walking home with birthday present for brother is killed by hit-and-run driver On Friday, August 21 2015

A 29-year-old man who was walking home from a store in Little Rock after buying a birthday present for his brother was killed when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver in a van.
Police say Ian Canham died after being struck shortly after noon Friday by a van that was crossing a convenience store parking lot. Police told reporters that the van has been found and a person of interest has been identified in the case, but no arrests have been made.
Canham's mother Catherine Canham told reporters that her son was unable to drive because of epileptic seizures and was walking home with a birthday gift he had bought for his brother.
