HONOLULU, HI : 2 women injured, including 1 critically, after crashing into guardrail in Waianae on Monday, 22nd January 2024

Two women were injured, including one critically, after crashing into a guardrail in Waianae on Monday morning, Emergency Medical Services said.

Authorities said a 52-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle and crashed into the guardrail on Farrington Highway, east of Leihoku Street around 8 a.m.

Her 39-year-old female passenger was also hospitalized in serious condition, police said.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
